Here are some expressions like vocabulary, useful expression, grammar related company finances topic in English. I had reviewed the English class, and left the consequence of the class.
Vocabulary
- gross profit; the difference between revenue and the cost of producing goods or services sold
**You can also use 'paper profit'.** - net profit; the money made by a company or part of a company for a particular period after all costs, taxes, etc. have been paid
**You can also use 'real profit'.** - to pay off a debt; to give all of or the last part of an amount that you owe

**one of load sharks** - revenue; money that a business or organization receives over a period of time, especially from selling goods or services
- overheads; money spent regularly on rent, insurance, electricity, and other things that are needed to keep a business operating
**We usually call it 'indirect cost'.** - to go bankrupt; to not have enough money to pays one's debts

- to break even; to earn enough money to pay for expenses, without any profit
Expression
- If a cash flow is very good, we can express like that's liquid. However, we don't use opposite expression with 'solid'.
- under the table; It's a kind of secret and bad deal behind a official process.
- tax loopholes; If you try not o pay the tax legally, we can use this expression.
- get a loan
- line of credit; limitation to get a loan within your credit rating.
