필자는 UX 담당자로서 UX를 설계하는데 사용자들에게 제공해야 되는 사용자 가치가 무엇일지에 대해서 늘 고민해왔다. UX 설계 시, 기술이 갖고 있는 기능성 외에 때로는 철학적 가치가 더 중요할 때도 있다. 휴대폰 제조사의 사례를 비교하며, 두 제조사가 사용자에게 전달하고자 했던 가치가 무엇이었는지 비교하여 살펴본다.

[UX] Which value is better for Users?
I have been thinking about what can be best value to users when I design UX. When we design UX, function of the technical side is not only the value, but the philosophy can be a good vale to users. In this point, I compared 2 cases from the mobile phone manufacturers, and reviewed which value do they want to deliver to their customers.
