[Leadership] Will you give nice insights, or will you overcome the lack of completeness of your members instead of them?

Do you think which leader gets a good leadership from the team members? One of them is having a great insight to help the members when they are in trouble at work, and the other one is giving a help in a different way like backdoor, lobbying, to them.

When we work somewhere, there can be two type of good leaders.

One is a leader that can give you insight in working-level when you couldn't consider something. The other one is a leader who can support followers to make their works successfully.

Anyway, I believe that some types of leaderships are good below.

Firstly, if you want to be a good leader to give insight in working-level, you must have more knowledge about the work than your subordinate.

The shallow insight is the only stubborn opinion. That can't be any insight to your subordinate. That's why I am telling that if you want to be a good leader with your knowledge or insight, you should study hard and try to have studious attitude more and more. When your insist is just stubborn, your subordinate ask you like this.

"If you think you are so good at this work, why don't you do this work instead of me?

Secondly, in order to overcome the limitation of less about a leadership in working-level, a leader needs another way to lead his team.

For example, sometimes when we do our works successfully, we need some lobbying except official process. In this case, if you are a leader of an organization, you should do this with your personal connections for them as possible as you can.

However, that is estimated by the leader's success of the business. Sometimes a leader gives works to his subordinates for lobbying. A leader must not do like this because you are making your subordinates have less time to work. Be sure that the work is yours not theirs.

If you do lobbying for your subordinates as a leader in your organization, they will think the work can make it well with your efforts. They also think that they can't do it without your efforts though. Meanwhile, if a leader can't give nice insights when his subordinates don't think about something,or if a leader can't overcome the lack of completeness in their works like a leader can't lobby instead of them, a leader can be attacked by this question below.

"Don't ask me all responsibilities about the works. That's your more faults than mine."

I think that a good leader can do two of these at the same time, but a leader who can do one of these deserves to become a good leader too.
