[리더십] 리더로서 필요한 실무 역량 (부족한 업무이해도와 권한이양)
옛말에 "모르는 게 약"이라는 말이있다. 하지만 리더는 결코 모르는 게 약이 될 수 없다. 팀 내에 모든 업무를 이해하고 실행하는 것을 알아야 하는 것이 물론 리더의 역할은 아니다. 리더는 팀원들에게 업무 수행에 필요한 권한을 이양할 수 있는 자신감과 팀원들의 성과를 평가할 수 있을 정도의 업무이해도가 있어야 한다.

[UX] Case study – A wrong designed scroll page
These days we should carefully consider the scroll page design after we started to design mobile page at the same time. If we don’t consider this point, users may be very upset to get to the footer area after the list in the page. The List area will be expanded after that is refreshed. I have seen lots of cases having this kind of problem on their services, and they are irritating more than just upset for sure.
